Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure you get your preferred date, time, and beauty professional. Walk-Ins are welcome when availability permits.

Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit is required to reserve your appointment. Deposits are applied toward your service but are non refundable.

What is your cancellation policy?
we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments are subject to a cancellation fee.

How should I prepare for my appointment?
Please arrive with:

Hair detangled (when possible)

Free of Heavy oils and Grease ( for chemical services relaxers colors etc.)

Extensions removed unless scheduled for maintenance

Inspiration photos if you're trying a new look.

What if I'm running Late?
Please call the salon as soon as possible. we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling depending on your professionals schedule.
